Form data that is submitted can be sent for further processing to other systems such as SAP, SFDC, Maximo, Databases, Sharepoint etc. Once a form is completed and/or a Review is approved, the data is saved in the forms database. This data can be further processed in backend systems by either pushing updates using standard integration or pulling updates using the Forms REST API.
Form data is posted to the preconfigured webhook. The details of the data, the form that is being posted, user who submitted the data etc. are all provided via a POST call to the webhook. The receiving system can then process the data and update any of the required systems.
